Self-Injury Support Group for Teens (Provident St. Louis)

This support group provides a chance for teens to understand why they hurt themselves, find better ways to handle difficult feelings, and to control desires to injure themselves.  This 8-week support group is free and available to youth under the age of 20 who reside in St. Louis County.

Calm Harm

App designed to help its users cope with the desire to self-harm by providing coping suggestions. User can select from different activity types including: Comfort, Distract, Express Yourself, Release, or Breathe. Available in the App Store and on Google Play.
